Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement explains how Zenatio processes customer and seller data to provide the service. By using Zenatio, you accept these data processing terms.
Parties and roles
The customer is the controller of their seller data as the Zenatio account owner. Zenatio, operated by Aydanoglu Global LLC, acts as a processor for that data on behalf of the customer.
Data categories processed
Zenatio processes Amazon Ads campaign, keyword, target, budget, bid, performance, product/catalog, and listing optimization data. Zenatio does not collect Amazon buyer PII, shipping addresses, customer contact details, or delivery information for the current advertising and listing workflows.
Purpose of processing
Data is processed to operate the dashboard, sync Amazon Ads data, optimize listings, generate AI-assisted analysis and recommendations, manage approval queues, provide reporting, maintain security, debug issues, and support customers.
Subprocessors
Zenatio uses service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Sentry, Stripe, Resend, and Anthropic to operate the service. These providers process data on Zenatio's behalf and only as needed for the service. Credentials, refresh tokens, access tokens, client secrets, and Amazon buyer PII are not sent to AI providers.
Security measures
Zenatio protects data in transit with TLS, restricts access by role and workspace, stores sensitive credentials encrypted, and logs critical operations. Production systems must not pass token or secret values into AI prompts or client-side code.
Retention and deletion
Seller data is retained while the account is active and as needed to provide the service. Users may disconnect Amazon or request account deletion. Legal and security records may be retained for the required period.
Incident notification
If Zenatio identifies a material data security incident, it will follow its incident response process to notify affected customers and, where required, relevant authorities within a reasonable timeframe.
